1. Function and Application

Used in the oilgas separator of screw air compressors (especially coal conveying/mining models), it intercepts, condenses, and returns oil droplets/mist of ≥1 µm in compressed air to the oil tank, ensuring an outlet oil content of ≤3 ppm, meeting ISO 85731 Level 2 requirements.

2. Main Operating Parameters

 Rated Flow Rate: 6–9100 L/min (Series coverage, matched to specific models)

 Working Pressure: 16 bar (Higher pressures can be customized)

 Maximum Operating Temperature: 120℃

 Differential Pressure Alarm Value: 1 bar / 3 bar / 3.5 bar (depending on main unit setting)

 Initial Differential Pressure: ≈0.02 MPa; Recommended Replacement Differential Pressure: ≥0.15 MPa

3. Filter Media and Structure

 Filter Media: Composite of ultrafine glass fiber and stainless steel mesh, multilayer corrugated structure, large dirt holding capacity, high separation efficiency

 Sealing Ring: Nitrile rubber (NBR), oilresistant and hightemperature resistant

 Filter Frame: Galvanized steel plate or stainless steel, washable and corrosionresistant

4. Applicable Models

Widely compatible with IngersollRand 14SP523 This series of oilgas separators can also replace some Atlas Copco and Sullair oil separator cores of the same specifications, and are used in air compressors in industries such as coal, power, steel, and shipbuilding.

5. Maintenance and Replacement

 Normal lifespan: 3,000–4,000 hours (standard operating conditions). For hightemperature and highdust environments, a check is recommended after 2,000 hours.

 When replacing, the oilgas separator must be depressurized, and the return oil pipe must be inserted into the groove at the bottom of the filter element to ensure unobstructed oil return.

 After installation, check the pressure difference. If it consistently exceeds ≥0.15 MPa, or if there is increased oil consumption or higher oil content, replace immediately.
