- Core Function: Removes water, free water, emulsified water, and tiny solid particles from hydraulic oil.

 Working Principle:

Hydraulic oil flows from the inside out through the filter element, completing three steps: demulsification-coalescing-separation:

1. Demulsification Layer: Breaks the oil-water emulsion, separating the oil-in-water or water-in-oil structure.

2. Coalescing Layer: Tiny water droplets adhere, move, and converge on the glass fiber surface, coalescing into large droplets.

3. Gravity Settling: Large droplets are carried to the outer surface of the filter element by the oil and, due to their greater density than oil, settle to the bottom water collection tank and are discharged through the drain valve.

4. Clean Oil: The dehydrated oil returns to the oil tank, while solid impurities are trapped inside the filter media.
