 Working Principle

Gas flows from the inside out through the filter cartridge, completing three stages of separation:

1. Filter Layer: High-precision glass fiber filter media intercepts solid particulate impurities.

2. Demulsification Layer: Separates emulsified water and oil, disrupting the emulsion structure.

3. Coalescing Layer: Tiny water/oil droplets adhere, move, and converge on the fiber surface, coalescing into large droplets.

4. Gravity Sedimentation: Large droplets are carried to the outer surface of the filter cartridge by the airflow, and due to their density being greater than that of the gas, they settle, collecting in the collection tank at the bottom of the filter and being discharged through the drain valve.

5. Clean Gas: Dry, clean gas discharged from the outlet after coalescence separation.
