- Core Function: Removes tiny water droplets, oil droplets, and solid particles from natural gas, protecting downstream metering and pressure regulating equipment and compressors.

 Working Principle (Gas-Liquid Coalescing)

Natural gas flows from the inside to the outside (or from the outside to the inside) through the filter element, completing three-stage separation:

1. Filtration and Interception: High-precision glass fiber filter media intercepts solid particulate impurities.

2. Demulsification and Coalescing: Tiny water droplets/oil droplets adhere, move, and converge on the fiber surface, coalescing into large droplets (diameter > 100 μm).

3. Gravity Settling: Large droplets are carried by the airflow to the outer layer of the filter element, where their density is greater than that of gas, causing them to settle into the collection tank and be discharged through an automatic drain valve.

4. Clean Gas: Dry and clean natural gas is delivered downstream.
