1. Filtration Accuracy

80 µm (VG glass fiber), optional 1–70 µm (glass fiber), 3–400 µm (metal mesh), 5–40 µm (filter paper); filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889).

2. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Rated negative pressure ≤0.6 bar (dedicated to oil suction section)

- Operating temperature -30 ℃～+120 ℃

3. Flow Rate Range

Rated flow rate 6–100 L/min (at viscosity 30 cSt); initial differential pressure ≤0.02 MPa, recommended replacement differential pressure 0.2 bar, maximum allowable 0.35 bar.

4. Filter Media and Structure

Folded fiberglass/metal mesh, iron outer shell, galvanized end caps; built-in bypass valve to prevent filter element collapse during cold starts; threaded or flanged connection, with optional blockage indicator.

ISO 2941 (Rupture Resistance), ISO 2942 (Structural Integrity), ISO 2943 (Material Compatibility), ISO 3723 (End Load), ISO 3724 (Fatigue), ISO 3968 (Pressure Differential - Flow), ISO 4572/16889 (Multiple Passes).

6. Typical Applications

Low-pressure suction sections of marine hydraulic pump stations, steering gears, anchor winches, cranes, hatch covers, etc.; also used for suction filtration in hydraulic systems of power plants, steel mills, tunnel boring machines, and mining operations.
