0062-191C Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Filter Element Basic Information
1. Filtration Accuracy
Glass fiber 1–70 µm, metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm, customizable 0.01–500 µm; filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889).
2. Operating Pressure and Temperature
- Rated pressure ≤420 kg·f/cm² (≈41 MPa), peak pressure 450 bar
- Operating temperature -30 ℃~+115 ℃ (general type), high-temperature type 120 ℃.
3. Flow Rate Range
Rated flow rate 6–100 L/min (at a valve pressure drop of 35 bar); initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa, recommended replacement with a 1 bar differential pressure, maximum allowable 3.5 bar.
4. Filter Media and Structure
Folded cylindrical design; filter media options include glass fiber, stainless steel mesh, sintered felt, powder sintering, polypropylene, and filter paper; iron casing, screw-on or flange mounting; optional bypass valve and blockage indicator.
5. Testing Standards
ISO 2941 (burst resistance), ISO 2942 (structural integrity), ISO 2943 (material compatibility), ISO 3723 (end load), ISO 3724 (fatigue), ISO 3968 (differential pressure - flow rate), ISO 4572/16889 (multiple passes).
6. Typical Applications
The MOOG 62 series electro-hydraulic servo valve is an imported precision filter widely used in high-pressure servo systems for ship steering gear, anchor winches, cranes, track laying machines, steel mill rolling mills, tunnel boring machines, and mining machinery.
