The three filter elements FC-001-030-19, X59541200001 OR, and XP00A36400010 are all coalescing/separating filter elements of the same specification, commonly used in marine or industrial fuel and lubricating oil systems to remove moisture and solid particles, and are completely interchangeable.
1. Filtration Accuracy
Glass fiber 1–70 µm (commonly 10 µm), metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm, selectable according to system cleanliness requirements; the combined design of the coalescing and separating layers ensures that the free water content at the outlet is ≤50 ppm.
2. Flow Rate and Pressure
- Rated Flow Rate: 6 – 9,100 L/min (at a viscosity of 30 cSt)
- Operating Pressure: ≤450 bar (peak 450 kg·f/cm²)
- Operating Temperature: -30℃~+120℃
3. Filter Media and Structure
Double-layer composite structure: outer layer polymerized glass fiber/polyester, inner layer hydrophobic stainless steel mesh or Teflon-coated mesh; iron spiral-locked outer shell, optional with drain plug and differential pressure indicator; screw-on or insert installation.
4. Testing Standards
ISO 2941 (burst resistance), ISO 2942 (structural integrity), ISO 2943 (material compatibility), ISO 3723 (end load), ISO 3724 (fatigue), ISO 3968 (differential pressure-flow rate), ISO 4572/16889 (multiple pass filtration performance).
5. Typical Applications
Post-oil-water separation for marine main and auxiliary engine fuel and lubricating oil; fuel-water separation units in power plants, steel mills, tunnel boring machines, petrochemical plants, and mining plants; can be used in conjunction with Racor and Parker series coalescing tanks.
