Basic Information of NCFIL410 and NCFIL72M Servo Valve Filter Elements:

1. Filtration Accuracy

Glass fiber 1–70 µm, metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm, selectable according to servo system cleanliness requirements; filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889).

2. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Rated pressure ≤450 bar (450 kg·f/cm²), custom-made up to 420 kg·f/cm²

- Operating temperature -30 ℃～+120 ℃ (general type), high-temperature type 115 ℃.

3. Flow Rate Range

Rated flow rate 6–9 100 L/min; initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa, recommended replacement differential pressure 1 bar, maximum allowable 3.5 bar.

4. Filter Media and Structure

Folded cylindrical design; filter media options include glass fiber, stainless steel mesh, sintered felt/powder, polypropylene, and filter paper; iron casing, screw-on or flange mounting; optional bypass valve and blockage indicator.

5. Testing Standards

ISO 2941 (burst resistance), ISO 2942 (structural integrity), ISO 2943 (material compatibility), ISO 3723 (end load), ISO 3724 (fatigue), ISO 3968 (differential pressure-flow), ISO 4572/16889 (multiple passes).

6. Typical Applications

Marine steering gear, anchor winches, cranes, and side thruster servo systems; also suitable for servo valve inlets requiring high cleanliness control in power plants, steel mills, tunnel boring machines, mining, petrochemical, chemical, textile, papermaking, and precision machine tools.
