Glass fiber filter media 1–70 µm (standard 10 µm H6PZ grade), metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm; filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889).

2. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Rated pressure ≤450 bar (450 kg·f/cm²)

- Operating temperature -30 ℃～+120 ℃.

3. Flow Characteristics

Rated flow rate: 6–100 L/min (at a viscosity of 30 cSt); initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa, recommended replacement differential pressure of 1 bar, maximum allowable 3.5 bar.

4. Filter Media and Structure

Pleated fiberglass/stainless steel mesh, iron shell, screw-on type; can be equipped with bypass valve and blockage indicator; standard sealing ring is nitrile rubber (NBR), optional fluororubber (FKM).

5. Testing Standards

ISO 2941–2943, 3723, 3724, 3968, 4572, 16889 (bursting resistance, structural integrity, material compatibility, fatigue, differential pressure-flow rate, multiple passes).
