- Core Function: Removes water (free water, emulsified water), sludge, and tiny solid particles from hydraulic oil, ensuring oil cleanliness and normal system operation.

 Working Principle:

Hydraulic oil flows from the inside out through the filter element, completing three steps: demulsification-agglomeration-separation:

1. Demulsification Layer: Breaks the oil-water emulsion state, separating the oil-in-water or water-in-oil structure.

2. Agglomeration Layer: Tiny water droplets adhere, move, and converge on the glass fiber surface, agglomerating into large droplets.

3. Gravity Settling: Large droplets settle in the collection tank at the bottom of the filter and are discharged through the drain valve.

4. Clean Oil: The dehydrated oil returns to the oil tank, while solid impurities are trapped inside the filter media.
