1. Filtration Accuracy

Glass fiber filter media 1–70 µm, metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm, selectable according to system cleanliness requirements; filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889).

2. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Rated pressure ≤450 bar (450 kg·f/cm²)

- Operating temperature -30 ℃～+120 ℃

3. Flow Rate Range

Rated flow rate 6–9 100 L/min (at viscosity 30 cSt); initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa, recommended replacement with a differential pressure of 1 bar, maximum allowable 3.5 bar.

4. Filter Media and Structure

Folded fiberglass/metal mesh/sintered felt, iron shell, screw-on or flange mounting; can be equipped with bypass valve, check valve, and blockage indicator.

ISO 2941 (Rupture Resistance), ISO 2942 (Structural Integrity), ISO 2943 (Material Compatibility), ISO 3723 (End Load), ISO 3724 (Fatigue), ISO 3968 (Pressure Differential - Flow), ISO 4572/16889 (Multiple Passes).
