- Core Function: Removes water (free water, emulsified water) and sludge impurities from hydraulic oil, ensuring oil cleanliness and normal system operation.

 Working Principle

Hydraulic oil flows from the outside in through the filter element, completing three-stage separation:

1. Filter Layer: Multi-layer composite filter paper intercepts solid impurity particles.

2. Demulsification Layer: Destroys the oil-water emulsion structure, separating oil-in-water or water-in-oil states.

3. Coalescing Layer: Tiny water droplets adhere, move, and converge on the glass fiber surface, coalescing into large droplets.

4. Gravity Settling: Large droplets settle to the bottom collection tank of the filter and are discharged through the drain valve.

5. Clean Oil: The dehydrated oil is further dehydrated by the secondary separation filter element and returned to the system.
