 Functional Features

1. Structural Composition: Filter head, housing, filter element, bypass valve, maintenance indicator, etc.

2. Maintenance Indicator: Equipped with a mechanical-optical maintenance indicator and electronic switching element, it can issue an alarm signal when the filter element is clogged.

3. Bypass Protection: When filter element clogging causes the differential pressure to reach approximately 0.35 MPa, the bypass valve automatically opens to protect the system's normal operation.

4. Installation Method: Typically installed directly on the hydraulic oil tank, vertically with the suction port facing downwards.

 Working Principle: Hydraulic oil enters the filter from the system return port, flowing from the outside to the inside of the filter element. Impurities are trapped on the outside of the filter element, and the cleaned hydraulic oil returns to the tank. When the filter element gradually becomes clogged, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase, the maintenance indicator will signal to replace the filter element. If the differential pressure continues to rise to the bypass valve opening pressure, the bypass valve will open to ensure continuous oil supply to the system.
