PF-25-10-E-V-0 Hydraulic Oil Filter Element Basic Information
1. Filtration Accuracy
Glass fiber 1–70 µm, metal mesh 3–400 µm, filter paper 5–40 µm, selectable according to system cleanliness requirements; filtration ratio β≥1000 (ISO 16889) [¹⁰⁶].
2. Operating Pressure and Temperature
- Rated pressure ≤450 bar (450 kg·f/cm²)
- Operating temperature -30 ℃～+120 ℃ [¹⁰⁶].
3. Flow Rate Range
Rated flow rate 6–9 100 L/min; initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa, recommended replacement with a differential pressure of 1 bar, maximum allowable 3.5 bar [¹⁰⁶].
4. Filter Media and Structure
Pleated fiberglass/metal mesh/sintered felt, iron housing, screw-on or flange mounting; available with bypass valve and clogging indicator [¹⁰⁶].
5. Testing Standards
ISO 2941 (burst resistance), ISO 2942 (structural integrity), ISO 2943 (material compatibility), ISO 3723 (end load), ISO 3724 (fatigue), ISO 3968 (differential pressure-flow), ISO 4572/16889 (multiple passes) [¹⁰⁶].
