1. Typical Applications

Installed in the pressure or return lines of hydraulic systems, it filters out metal powder, mechanical impurities, and small amounts of water from the hydraulic oil, maintaining oil cleanliness and protecting critical components such as hydraulic pumps, servo valves, and proportional valves. It is commonly used in construction machinery, injection molding machines, metallurgical equipment, and power plant EH oil systems.

- Filtration accuracy: 10 µm (medium accuracy, meeting the protection requirements of ordinary high-pressure hydraulic components).

- Working pressure: 16 bar (higher pressure ratings can be customized for special requirements).

- Working flow rate: 2–2600 L/min, covering flow requirements from small machine tools to large forging equipment.

- Working temperature: -30 ℃～+120 ℃, short-term withstand capability up to 150 ℃.

3. Structure and Materials

The filter layer is mostly made of glass fiber or glass fiber composite filter paper, with a multi-layered pleated structure to increase the filtration area; the inner and outer skeletons are made of stainless steel mesh or carbon steel with powder coating; the end caps contain oil-resistant fluororubber sealing rings; some models are equipped with a bypass valve, which automatically opens when the filter element is clogged and the differential pressure is ≥0.35 MPa to prevent system flow interruption.
