Summary of Basic Filter Cartridge Information

 Project  JLX-10-6 (Coalescing Filter Cartridge)  YSF-24T (Separation Filter Cartridge)

 Main Functions  Coalesces tiny water droplets in the oil, enlarging them; simultaneously filters particulate impurities.  Prevents water from passing through, allowing the already coalesced large water droplets to settle and separate, achieving oil-water separation.

 ⚙️ Product Working Principle

These two filter cartridges typically work together in a coalescing and separation oil filter. The core principle is to remove water and particulate matter from the oil through physical means:

1. Coalescing Stage: The oil first flows through the JLX-10-6 Coalescing Filter Cartridge (flow direction: from inside to outside). The filter cartridge's special material coalesces and enlarges the dispersed tiny water droplets in the oil.

2. Separation Stage: The oil then flows through the YSF-24T separator filter element (flow direction: from outside to inside). The separator filter element is made of a hydrophobic material, allowing oil to pass through but preventing large water droplets from passing through. The blocked large water droplets further accumulate on the surface of the filter element and eventually settle into the water collection tank due to gravity and are discharged.
