MFF400RA, MFF400NA Marine Compressor Filter Element

    

The MFF400RA and MFF400NA models are high efficiency filter elements used in hydraulic fluid systems. Their main function is to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances from the system and effectively control the contamination level of the working medium. These cartridges play a key role in the hydraulic system to ensure the cleanliness of the fluid, extend the life of the equipment and improve the efficiency of the system.

- Operating temperature: range from -30℃ to 110℃.

- Filtration Material: Usually adopts high-quality glass fiber filter material.

1. Metallurgy: filtration of hydraulic system of rolling mill and continuous casting machine and filtration of various lubrication equipments.

2.Petrochemical: oil refining, chemical production process of products and intermediate products separation and recovery, liquid purification, oilfield injection well water and natural gas in addition to particles filtration.

3. Textile: purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the process of wire drawing, protection filtration of air compressor, oil and water removal of compressed gas.

4. Electronics and pharmaceuticals: pre-treatment filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, pre-treatment filtration of washing liquid and         glucose.

5. Thermal power and nuclear power: purification of lubrication system, speed control system and bypass control system oil of gas turbine and boiler,     purification of feed water pump, fan and dust removal system.

6. Mechanical processing equipment: lubrication system and compressed air purification of paper-making machinery, mining machinery, injection molding machine and large precision machinery.

7. Railroad internal combustion engines and generators: lubricant and oil filtration.

8. Automobile engines and construction machinery: air filters, oil filters, fuel filters for internal combustion engines, hydraulic oil filters, diesel filters, water   filters for construction machinery, ships, and trucks.
