6CU25-280 Precision Filter Cartridge Basic Information

1. Filtration Accuracy

0.01 µm – 5 µm (glass fiber composite filter media for dryers), removes water vapor, oil mist, hydrocarbon vapors, and solid particles larger than 0.01 µm.

2. Flow Rate and Differential Pressure

- Rated flow rate: 0.6 – 18 L/min

- Initial differential pressure: ≤0.2 MPa

- Recommended replacement differential pressure: 1 bar; maximum allowable 3.5 bar.

3. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Operating pressure: ≤420 bar (420 kg·f/cm²)

- Operating temperature: 0 – 80 ℃ (standard type), -30 – 115 ℃ (custom type).

4. Filter Media and Structure

Folded glass fiber, sponge, activated carbon, polypropylene composite; iron or plastic end caps, with optional metal mesh; screw-on or insert-type installation.

5. Testing Standards

ISO 2941 – 2943, 3723, 3724, 3968, 4572, 16889 (bursting resistance, integrity, compatibility, fatigue, differential pressure-flow rate, multiple passes).

6. Typical Applications
