51.12503-0097 Marine fuel secondary filter element (also known as "fine filter/secondary filter") is a standard consumable for the fuel system of medium and high-speed marine diesel engines such as MAN. It is used in pairs with 51.12503-0098 (coarse filter/primary filter) to further separate water and small solid particles in the fuel before the high-pressure fuel injection pump, ensuring long life of the fuel injectors and compliance with emission standards.  1. Technical Parameters

- Filtration Accuracy: Standard configuration ≈10 μm (paper filter media), custom grades available including 1-70 μm (glass fiber), 5-40 μm (filter paper), or 3-400 μm (metal mesh) are also available.

- Rated Flow Rate: 6–9100 L/min (depending on viscosity and pressure differential)

- Maximum Working Pressure: ≤420 bar (instantaneous 450 bar)

- Working Temperature: -30 ℃～+115 ℃

- Filter Media Type: Iron shell + high-performance paper filter element (standard configuration), optional glass fiber, stainless steel mesh, sintered felt, etc.

- Bypass Valve Opening Pressure Differential: Approximately 0.2 MPa (2 bar)
