Filter Element Function and Applications 

 Function: Installed in the system's pressure oil circuit, it protects critical components such as bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic control valves. It removes extremely fine wear metal particles, dust, and other contaminants from the oil, ensuring system cleanliness and ensuring safe and stable operation.

 Application Scenarios:

 Lubrication systems for gas turbine generator sets.

 Control oil systems for main engines on large ships.

 Gearbox lubrication systems for industrial centrifugal compressors.

Features

 Filtration accuracy: Most likely very high, possibly between 5μm and 15μm, with a high beta value (filtration ratio).

 Filter Media: Most likely high-performance fiberglass or composite material, offering high dirt-holding capacity and a long service life.

 Construction: Utilizing all-metal end caps and a heavy-duty center tube, the filter is extremely rugged and can withstand high system pressures and pressure fluctuations. May also include a bypass valve.  Seals: likely to use fluororubber (FKM) and other sealing materials suitable for high temperature and a variety of lubricating oil media.
