1. Function

 Coagulates tiny oil droplets (above 0.1 µm) and relies on gravity for oil return, achieving oilgas separation.

 Reduces the oil content in exhaust gas, protecting downstream drying and purification equipment.

 Initial pressure differential: ≤0.02 MPa

 Operating temperature: Approximately 80 ℃ (shortterm 120 ℃)

 Design life: ≥4000 h (normal operating conditions)

 Outer/inner frame: Galvanized steel plate or stainless steel perforated plate

 Filter layer: Ultrafine borosilicate glass fiber + composite material, multilayer gradient structure

 End cap: Metal or oilresistant PU, with fluororubber Orings

 Gasket: Fluororubber/silicone optional, oil and temperature resistant

4. Application Range

 Matching 1575 kW Oilinjected screw compressor, also compatible with other brands of oil separator tanks of the same interface size

 Applicable media: mineral oil, PAO, PAG, and esterbased air compressor oils
