The basic information of the wind turbine gearbox filter element EET983-10F10W25B is as follows:
1. Filtration Accuracy
- Main filter element: 10 μm (imported glass fiber composite filter paper)
- Inner safety filter element: 50 μm (stainless steel mesh)
Dual-stage structure, providing continued protection even after the main filter element is clogged and the bypass is opened.
2. Flow Rate and Differential Pressure
- Rated flow rate: 6–100 L/min (at a viscosity of 30 cSt)
- Initial differential pressure: ≤0.2 MPa
- Recommended replacement differential pressure: 1 bar; maximum allowable 3.5 bar.
3. Operating Pressure and Temperature
- Operating pressure: ≤450 bar (peak 450 kg·f/cm²)
- Operating temperature: -30 ℃~+120 ℃.
4. Filter Media and Structure
Pleated fiberglass filter bed + stainless steel frame, iron shell, screw-on or flange mounting; optional with bypass valve and blockage indicator.
