Oil filter elements 630.051.1105.01 and 620.031.1104.04

630.051.1105.01 and 620.031.1104.04 are two interchangeable high-pressure oil filter elements, commonly used in marine main engine lubrication systems, ABC DZ diesel engines, and various heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.

1. Filtration Accuracy

Glass fiber: 1–70 µm; Metal mesh: 3–400 µm; Filter paper: 5–40 µm; Customizable range 0.01–500 µm, commonly shipped with 10 µm.

2. Operating Pressure and Temperature

- Rated pressure: ≤420 bar (instantaneous 450 kg·f/cm²)

- Operating temperature: -30 ℃～+115 ℃ (standard type), short-term 120 ℃.

3. Flow Characteristics

Rated flow rate: 6–100 L/min (series coverage: 2–2 600 L/min); Initial differential pressure ≤0.2 MPa; Recommended replacement differential pressure: 1 bar, maximum permissible: 3.5 bar.

4. Filter Media and Structure

Pleated fiberglass / stainless steel mesh / sintered felt / powder sintering / polypropylene / filter paper; iron housing, screw-on type; optional with bypass valve and clogging indicator; standard nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, optional fluororubber (FKM).

5. Testing Standards

ISO 2941–2943, 3723, 3724, 3968, 4572, 16889 (burst resistance, structural integrity, material compatibility, fatigue, differential pressure-flow rate, multiple passes).
