. Key Features:

 Material: Typically made of reinforced polypropylene (PP). This material offers excellent acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and lightweight, making it the preferred material for filter presses.

 Structure: Hollow frame structure with depressions or projections on both sides to support the filter cloth and form a flow channel. A feed hole is located in the center.

 Function: Alternating with the filter cloth (filter frame), pressure creates sealed filter cells. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake, while the liquid (filtrate) passes through the filter cloth and flows out of the filter plate's drainage channel.

 Sealing Type: Typically uses a raised-point sealing surface.
